If you would like to participate in sports for the 2016-2017 school year you need to have a physical per CIF policy. Physical Screening will be offered at Montgomery High School on Saturday July 23rd, 2016 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that Olympian High School’s time slot is from 9am-10am. The cost is $20.00. Please see attached flyer for more details. Fill out the attached medical form and have it ready for your physical screening
