Student Success Team (SST)

The purpose of the SST is to design a support system for students having difficulty so that they can be successful in school.

If teachers are concerned about a student’s progress, they can refer the student to the Student Success Team (SST).

Teachers can refer students by completing the SST Referral Form.

Please make sure that you have already had a student conference and communication with the parent/guardian before referring a student.

Teachers must be logged in using their Sweetwater google account in order to complete this form.
