SENIOR UPDATE:
1. Names Banner – I will be picking up the new names banner this afternoon…yay! 🙂 I have set up the following days and times for photo opportunities for students and their families out on Magdalena (in front of the campus where the sign was posted last time):
Wednesday, June 10th – 9am-11am
Thursday, June 11th – 2pm-4pm and 6:30pm-7:30pm

2. Senior Debt List – The librarians are working very hard on processing all of the books that were returned by seniors. Ms. Lopez will send me an email tomorrow afternoon with a list of seniors with outstanding debts. As soon as I receive it, I will send it out. In an effort to try to limit the delays for diploma pickup, I am asking that anyone with debts owed please come to the ASB between 2-4pm on Thursday, June 11th to settle those debts. Please have an envelope with the student name and ID number written on it and do not seal the envelope until it is verified at the ASB cashier window. We will also be collecting debts on Friday during diploma/yearbook pickup, but please know that this will slow down the diploma pickup process. 3. Senior Survey Update – We are almost there!!! We have 60 students left who have not taken the district survey. Please remember that this is a mandatory part of senior clearance and may result in the delayed receipt of your diploma. Here is the list of students who still need to take the survey:

4. Yearbook/Diploma Distribution – This Friday, June 12th from 10am,-12pm will be yearbook/diploma pickup. Please review the newly REVISED process at the link below:
This will be different from the underclassmen pickup or the June 2nd pickup, so please be sure to read the map and directions carefully!!
We are encouraging seniors to wear their cap and gowns if they have them, as there will be a photo opportunity for the senior (only) at the end of the pickup route. Parents are welcome to attend this event if they choose to, but we ask that each senior is limited to one vehicle to decrease the traffic.
*We will also be collecting debts on this day for any seniors who have outstanding fines. Please bring exact change in an envelope with student name and ID number on it.
*We still have a limited number of caps, gowns, and tassels for sale. $32 for a cap and gown unit (which includes a tassel) or $10 for just a tassel. Please bring exact change.

UNDERCLASSMEN UPDATE:
1. Debt List/Unreturned Books – Thank you to everyone who returned their textbooks and library materials. As of right now, there is no makeup date for underclassmen. The librarians are working very hard on processing all of the books that seniors returned, in order to get them cleared for their diplomas. Later in the summer, once all underclassmen books have been processed, the librarians will send out a list of items owed. If you owe any items, you will have to return them before you are issued new books for the school year. More info to follow.
*Please note: Underclassmen are keeping their laptops until next school year, so please keep them in a safe place until then.
