Please read some important updates below:
1. Yearbooks – Unfortunately, I was notified this morning by our yearbook manufacturer, Jostens, that delivery of our 2020 yearbooks have been further delayed and will not arrive in time for our already scheduled distributions next week. Expected arrival is the week of June 9th, so we will be postponing Yearbook Distribution to Friday, June 12th. Please see revised yearbook distribution plan below:

In the meantime, Jostens is offering a FREE Yearbook Digital Signing. It is a one-of-a-kind web experience that provides students with a fun and interactive experience that results in a printable permanent keepsake. It’s free for all students, whether they purchased a yearbook or not and no limit on how many signatures you can get. Check it out at www.yearbooksigning.jostens.com

2. Textbook Return – A reminder that we will continue textbook return next week with 12th graders on June 2nd and 11th graders (and 9th and 10th grade makeups) on June 5th. Due to the yearbooks being delayed, we will be rerouting the 11th grade book return to the gym like we did with the 9th and 10th graders. Please review a map of the revised processes below:

tinyurl.com/SrPickupandReturn (For 12th graders)
Reminder: Prior to returning textbooks, all students must complete the Book Form below:
We will have extra copies at school, in the event that you do not have access to a printer. You will not be able to return textbooks without this form completed.

3. Custom Olympian Masks – We have received some requests for Olympian masks, so we partnered with gradmasks.com to make custom Olympian High masks and neck gaiters. The ordering window is now open and all purchases will be sent directly to your homes. With every purchase, $5 will be donated to Olympian High to fund student activities, events, and athletic programs next year! Please visit the website below or the attached images for more information:
**The deadline to order is June 7th.**

4. Library Debts/Fines – Once all library books are returned, they need to be quarantined for 72 days. After that, our librarians will process the returned textbooks and provide us with an updated list of outstanding items/fines. Seniors must clear all debts in order to receive their diplomas. Therefore, the priority will be for 12th graders to get the information by June 10th, so that any debts/fines can be resolved on June 12th. More information to follow regarding the debt payment process. Underclassmen with outstanding items/fines will be handled at the start of next school year.

5. **SENIORS ONLY**
a. Diplomas – We will be distributing diplomas to seniors, along with yearbooks, on Friday, June 12th between 10am-12pm. As stated above, all debts must be cleared in order to receive your diploma. Procedures on the debt payment process will be communicated in the near future.
b. District Senior Survey – Thank you to the seniors who have taken the survey! There are only 87 of you left who need to take it! tinyurl.com/ISTILLneedtotaketheSurvey 🙂
The survey is a mandatory component of Senior Clearance, so be sure to take it. View instructions on how to access the survey here –> tinyurl.com/OHSSeniorSurvey20
